Craft Coast Catering specializes in authentic Baja-style tacos, delivering a unique taco cart experience for any event. Their team sets up at your location, preparing fresh, made-to-order tacos with handmade tortillas, various meats, and fresh vegetables. Guests can enjoy unlimited tacos during a two-hour serving window, with a selection of toppings like guacamole, onions, cilantro, and hot sauces. All necessary dining utensils are provided at no extra cost, ensuring a hassle-free, delightful culinary experience.About Project:
To construct a 16ft food trailer equipped for serving authentic Baja-style tacos, tailored to facilitate Craft Coast Catering’s event needs. The trailer will feature a fully functional kitchen with specialized equipment for preparing fresh, made-to-order tacos, including handmade tortillas, various meats, and vegetables, ensuring a seamless catering experience at any location. Additionally, Golden State Trailers refined the existing design, laminated it, and performed the wrap installation.
