We’re hiring a full-time, in-person Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a driven, people-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers and guide them through our product offerings and trailer customization process.
Generate leads through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat sales.
Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver on customer expectations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report all sales activity in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales (automotive, trailers, equipment, or related industries preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend hours may apply during peak demand periods or events.
