Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are designed with sanitation and food safety requirements in mind. Interior surfaces and preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, operators can review their kitchen layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows customers to confirm equipment placement and workflow before production starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is confirmed, the trailer enters the production stage starting with a detailed layout and engineering plan. During manufacturing the trailer passes through multiple inspection stages including structural assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates throughout the production process. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate properly.
