This custom 20ft taco food trailer is designed for street taco vendors that require a larger cooking area and more ingredient storage. The 20ft layout allows operators to cook meats, prepare tortillas, and assemble tacos efficiently during high customer traffic.
The expanded interior workspace supports a smooth workflow between cooking, food holding, and taco assembly. This size is commonly used by vendors serving tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other Mexican street food items at busy locations.
Taco Trailer Equipment List
This taco concession trailer includes cooking equipment designed for professional street food production.
- 48″ manual gas griddle for cooking meats, tortillas, and taco fillings;
- 12″ gas hot plate for sauces, beans, and additional cooking tasks;
- 33″ gas hot food table for holding cooked ingredients during service;
- 48″ sandwich prep refrigerator for organizing toppings, vegetables, and taco ingredients;

All equipment is installed in a commercial 304 stainless steel kitchen workspace designed for durability and sanitation. A 9ft exhaust hood ventilation system removes heat and smoke produced during cooking.
The trailer also includes a full 20ft exterior wrap that helps businesses display branding and attract customers at busy street locations, events, and food festivals.
Designed for busy taco vendors
Street taco operations often require fast cooking and quick food assembly. The large griddle cooking area allows vendors to prepare multiple portions of meat at once while the prep station keeps toppings organized.
The additional refrigeration capacity also supports larger ingredient storage, which is helpful for vendors serving high volumes of customers.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are built with sanitation and food safety requirements in mind. Interior surfaces and preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, customers can review their equipment layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows operators to confirm equipment placement and workflow before production starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is placed, the project begins with a detailed trailer layout and engineering plan. During production the trailer passes through several inspection stages including frame assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive production photo updates throughout the build process. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate properly.
