Can I build out this trailer base however I want?
That's exactly what it's for. The 8x18 trailer base, 18Base, is a blank foundation – pick the door and window placement, the equipment package, and the finishes, and we'll build the unit up around your menu. Lay it out in our online 3D builder, or call and we'll spec the whole thing with you.
Can the base be finished to pass a health inspection?
Yes. Once it's built out, the interior is clad in 304 stainless steel and run through NSF and California State Certification, so the finished unit clears the health department. Share your county or state rules before we start on the 8x18 trailer and we'll build to them.
What can the 8x18 base support?
Plenty. At eight by eighteen feet, the base carries a full commercial cook line – griddles, fryers, refrigeration, and a hood – with room to work behind the service window.
