This custom 24ft taco food trailer is designed for vendors who operate a full mobile Mexican kitchen. The larger interior layout provides enough space for multiple cooking stations, ingredient preparation areas, and organized food storage.
The 24ft format allows operators to run several cooking processes at the same time, which is important for busy taco vendors serving large crowds at festivals, events, and high-traffic locations.

Designed for full-scale taco kitchens
Large taco vendors often require several cooking methods to prepare their menu. The combination of griddle cooking, broiling, frying, and stovetop preparation allows operators to serve a wider variety of dishes without slowing down service.
The extended prep station also allows staff to assemble tacos, burritos, and other menu items efficiently during peak service periods.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are built with sanitation and food safety standards in mind. Interior materials and preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, operators can review the kitchen layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This helps confirm equipment placement and workflow before production starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is confirmed, the trailer enters the production stage beginning with a detailed layout and engineering plan. During manufacturing the trailer goes through several inspection stages including structural assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates during each stage of construction. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate correctly.
