This custom 20ft hot dog food trailer is designed for vendors who need a larger mobile kitchen to handle busy service locations. The extended 20ft layout provides more space for cooking equipment, refrigeration, and food preparation areas.
The trailer allows operators to prepare hot dogs, manage toppings, and serve customers efficiently during high-traffic service hours at street food locations, festivals, and events.

Designed for efficient street food service
Hot dog vendors require a kitchen layout that supports fast food preparation and quick service. The combination of griddle cooking, ingredient prep stations, and refrigerated storage allows operators to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours.
The larger refrigerator and freezer also allow vendors to store more ingredients, making the trailer suitable for longer service days and larger events.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our food trailers are built with sanitation and food safety standards in mind. Interior surfaces and preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, operators can review the kitchen layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows customers to confirm equipment placement and workflow before production starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is confirmed, the trailer enters the production stage beginning with detailed layout planning and engineering. During manufacturing the trailer goes through several inspection stages including structural assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates throughout the build process. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure that all systems operate properly.
