This custom 20ft coffee food trailer is designed for mobile coffee businesses that serve a full beverage menu including espresso drinks, iced coffee, smoothies, and cold beverages. The larger 20ft layout allows operators to organize equipment into separate preparation zones for brewing, blending, and ingredient storage.
Compared to smaller trailers, the 20ft format offers more counter space and additional refrigeration capacity. This layout supports faster drink preparation and better organization during busy service hours.

Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our coffee trailers are built with sanitation, safety, and durability in mind. Interior surfaces and food preparation areas are designed to support proper cleaning and beverage handling standards.
Before production begins, the equipment layout can be reviewed using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows operators to confirm workflow and equipment placement before construction starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is confirmed, the trailer enters the production stage beginning with a detailed layout and engineering plan. During production the trailer goes through multiple inspection stages including frame assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates throughout the production process. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate properly.
