Designed for high-volume BBQ service
The combination of restaurant range, broiler, griddle, and fryer allows vendors to prepare multiple menu items at the same time. This configuration helps maintain fast service during peak hours.
The trailer supports a wide range of menu items including BBQ sandwiches, smoked meat plates, grilled meat dishes, and traditional barbecue street food.
Food trailer built for health department compliance
Our food trailers are designed to support sanitation and food safety requirements used by local health departments. Stainless steel preparation surfaces and commercial refrigeration help operators maintain proper food handling practices.
Before production begins, customers can design and review their kitchen layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows equipment placement and workflow to be confirmed before construction.
Production process
After the order is placed, the trailer moves into the production stage beginning with layout planning and technical preparation. During manufacturing the trailer passes multiple inspection stages including frame assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates throughout the build process. Before delivery each trailer goes through a final inspection to confirm that all systems function properly.
