This custom 18ft taco food trailer is designed for mobile taco vendors that need more cooking capacity and preparation space than smaller trailer formats. The extended interior layout allows operators to separate cooking, food holding, and taco assembly areas for a smoother service workflow.
The 18ft format is commonly used by vendors serving tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other Mexican street food items at busy locations, food festivals, and catering events.

Designed for high-volume taco service
Street taco vendors require a kitchen layout that allows multiple cooking processes to happen at the same time. The combination of griddle cooking, vertical broiler roasting, and fryer preparation supports a wide taco menu without slowing down service.
The dedicated preparation station also allows staff to assemble tacos quickly during peak service periods.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are built with sanitation and safety standards in mind. Interior materials and food preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, customers can review their equipment layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows operators to confirm workflow and equipment placement before production starts.
What happens after you order?
After the order is confirmed, the project begins with a detailed trailer plan and production schedule. During manufacturing the trailer goes through multiple inspection stages including structural assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates showing the progress of the build. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate correctly.
