If your county or state holds you to extra code, let us know before we build and we'll meet it.
Am I free to rearrange the equipment inside?
You are – none of the layout is locked. This 24 ft concession trailer leaves us fitted with a reach-in refrigerator for cold storage, a propane system at the cookline, an exhaust hood with fire suppression above it, and a hot-water package by the sink, and every piece can be moved, added to, or pulled out in the 3D builder to fit how you cook and serve.
