Designed for high-volume taco service
The larger trailer format allows operators to separate cooking, preparation, and storage areas. This improves workflow and helps staff maintain fast service during peak hours.
Multiple cooking methods such as griddle cooking, broiling, frying, and vertical roasting allow vendors to offer a diverse taco menu including grilled meats, al pastor, fried items, and traditional street tacos.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are built with sanitation and food safety requirements in mind. Interior surfaces and preparation areas support safe food handling practices required by local health departments.
Before construction begins, operators can review the kitchen layout using our 3D food trailer configurator. This helps confirm equipment placement and workflow before production starts.
What happens after you order?
Once the order is placed, the project begins with detailed technical planning and layout confirmation. During production the trailer goes through several quality control stages including structural assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive photo updates throughout the build process. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure that all systems operate correctly.
