Built for street taco operations
Street taco vendors require a kitchen layout that supports fast cooking and quick assembly. The combination of a griddle, fryer, and hot holding station allows operators to prepare meat, warm tortillas, and assemble tacos efficiently. This layout works well for taco stands, food festivals, catering operations, and mobile Mexican street food vendors.
Built to pass Health Department Inspections
Our taco trailers are built with sanitation and food safety requirements in mind. Interior materials and food preparation areas support proper cleaning and safe food handling practices.
Before construction begins, the kitchen layout can be reviewed using our 3D food trailer configurator. This allows operators to confirm equipment placement and workflow before production begins.
What happens after you order?
After an order is placed, the project begins with a detailed trailer plan and production schedule. During manufacturing the trailer passes through multiple inspection stages including frame assembly, equipment installation, and system testing. Customers receive production photo updates showing each stage of construction. Before delivery the trailer undergoes a final inspection to ensure all systems operate correctly.
