60-inch gas range with 6 open burners and a 24-inch griddle delivering a total of 290,000 BTU. Includes two 26½" standard ovens with 35,000 BTU U-shaped burners each. Features stainless steel front, sides, high shelf, and valve cover, along with heavy-duty cast iron top grates and lift-off burner heads. Equipped with oven pilots with 100% safety shutoff, chrome racks, and 3/4" polished steel griddle plate.
