We’re hiring a full-time, in-person Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a driven, people-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and guide them through our product offerings and trailer customization process.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat sales.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver on customer expectations.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and report all sales activity in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales (automotive, trailers, equipment, or related industries preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional weekend hours may apply during peak demand periods or events.

Compensation & Benefits
