Commit to one bold idea
Pick a single concept and let it own the trailer: a signature dish, a mascot, a color, or a pattern. Trying to show everything reads as noise from a distance. One strong idea is memorable.
Make the menu the hero
People buy what they can picture. A large, appetizing image of your signature item does more selling than a paragraph of menu text. Keep the business name and that hero item the two biggest elements.
Use colors that read at distance
High contrast wins outdoors. Pair a confident background with a clearly legible logo color, and avoid thin type or low-contrast pastels that disappear in sunlight. Test the design at small size to be sure.
